Commission Express of the Front Range is a locally owned and independently operated franchisee of the Commission Express National, Inc. system. Effective January 1, 2007, Commission Express of the Front Range is owned and operated by ExIn Asset Management LLC. Craig Maginness, the principal of ExIn, has been active in the Denver area business community for 28 years, having been a partner at a large Denver based law firm and an executive at a Fortune 1000 company headquartered here. Craig's prior experience includes starting and managing a finance business providing funding for capital improvements to commercial and industrial real estate developments and teaching seminars on market planning and development for small businesses through the World Trade Center Institute.
We understand the cash flow fluctuations of real estate sales as well as the importance of cash flow management to any small business. We take great satisfaction in helping real estate agents and brokers smooth their cash flows to assist in growing their businesses.
We are an affiliate member of the South Metro Denver REALTOR® Association and the Fort Collins Board of REALTORS®.
History of Commission Express®
Commission Express was founded by two successful brokers (lifetime top producer, lifetime million dollar sales, etc.) to provide commission advances to successful agents and brokers functioning as "the bridge" between the cash flow peaks and valleys of the real estate business. Their goal is to put their experience to work helping other real estate professionals build their businesses and achieve their dreams.
By 1996, the company had become so successful that the founders began offering the Commission Express business model to entrepreneurs nationwide. Today, there are more than 50 Commission Express offices across the country, providing national financial clout with a local touch. Commission Express is the only franchise real estate commission advance company in the country.
